Shell Liners

Function of a liner is to impart adequate energy to the balls so as to ensure efficient crushing and pulverizing of feed. Liners are designed to avoid any direct impact of balls, (which results in loss of energy and breakage). Each liner is designed according to the application, mill design and fineness desired. There is no unique liner design for universal application.

Diaphragm :-

The basic principle of a diaphragm is to allow only specific size of feed to pass on to next chamber and keep the material level in the 1st chamber at optimum level. Material entering next chamber through slotted grates can exit only through lifters. We also manufacture specially designed diaphragms, which control level of material in individual chambers of the mill.

HARDNESS :-

Hardness is the property of a material that enables it to resist plastic deformation, usually by penetration. However, the term hardness may also refer to resistance to bending, scratching, abrasion or cutting. The ability of a metal to resist penetration. The principle methods of determining hardness of steel are the Rockwell, Brinell and Scleroscope
